CPMobile - System Requirements

System Requirements:

• CounterPoint SQL 8.4.4.1 or above, with CPMobile Services Update Installer
• Internet connectivity to/from your CounterPoint server
• Wireless network in the store or mobile phone with data plan
• CPGateway if using CPMobile to process credit card transactions. Note that CPGateway is not required for using CPMobile for Item & Customer Lookup or Inventory Management.
• Apple iTunes account (iTunes)
• iPod 4th Generation, iPhone 4 or 4S, or iPad with 500 MB free space and the CPMobile app downloaded (Here)
• CPMobile registration with Radiant
• Integrated barcode scanner with credit card swipe case for mobile POS transactions, or MSR swipe connector if barcode scanning not required
