CounterPoint Version 8.3.9 Service Pack
A new Service Pack for CounterPoint SQL Version 8.3.9 (CPSQLSP.EXE) is now available from the Support area of the website at http://www.counterpointpos.com/support/software-cpsql.htm. This service pack updates CounterPoint SQL version 8.3.9 to version 8.3.9 May04.
The following updates are included in this service pack:

Description: When vouchering receivings using the Peachtree 2010, Passport Business Solutions V11 or a custom export accounting
interface, the PO number (PO_NO) column is included in the batch header but not in the detail line.
Design change: The vouchered PO# is now written into the export file. When there are multiple PO's for one receiver,
the PO# written into the file will be the first PO# vouchered with the indicator (multiPO).

Description: Offline V2 - Drawer Session records and Customer records are being resent from an offline workstation back to the
server when there has been no local activity for them. This will cause a Drawer Session to become reactivated after
counted and will cause customer records to loop back and forth between the server and workstation continuously.
To apply this fix after installing the service pack on the server:
1. On the server, execute RadSyncInstall.exe from the CounterPoint SQL Top-Level>OfflineFiles directory
2. Provision the site server database
3. On each offline workstation browse to the site server's Top-Level>Offline Files directory and execute OfflineInstall.exe
4. From the site server's Management Console, select to rebuild all offline workstations.

Description: In ticket entry, you cannot unlock a station if you have changed your password without first exiting CounterPoint and
logging back in.

Description: Prompted amount discounts are lost when an order is released if the line item with the discount is also a prompt for price item.

Description: "SA Sales Analysis by Group.rpt" was not included in the 12/15 Service Pack. This is causing the Sales Analysis by Group
report to issue "Error -2147191858 - This field name is not known" when the "Discounts (Ticket Header Amount)" or "Discounts
(Ticket Line Amount)" is added as a column.

Description: When selling a misc kit and substituting a component item, you will receive an error that the next item added to the ticket
is invalid if the item is added using a barcode.

Description: When printing a group label job from Inventory\Prices you receive the message (TSPrice.ItemField) Item field 'ALT_!_UNIT'
not found if the label job is set to calculate item prices.
NOTE: If you have customized the query file ITEM_INVENTORY_QTY.sql, you will have to copy the new file from your companies
folder and re-apply your customizations.

Description: You receive the incorrect number of labels if you attempt to print from Inventory\ Prices\ Promotional Prices when you choose
to print quantity from Database.
