Mobilize your inventory with NCR Counterpoint Mobile’s inventory management features:
NCR Counterpoint Mobile lets you easily find any item in your NCR Counterpoint database by entering an item number or description, or by scanning a barcode. Review item details, including price, description, category, subcategory, and stocking unit. Check quantities on hand, on order, and in transit across all of your locations. Get down to the SKU-level for apparel or other items with multiple characteristics (e.g., color, size). And check out item images and suitable alternatives right from your mobile device.
NCR Counterpoint Mobile integrates with NCR Counterpoint’s physical count functionality, providing a complete inventory control system. Download frozen quantities from NCR Counterpoint to your NCR Counterpoint Mobile devices, and then add items to the mobile physical count worksheet. Enter count quantities manually or scan each item. When you’re finished counting, you can upload counts directly to NCR Counterpoint or save them as a .CSV file to import.
NCR Counterpoint Mobile allows you to manually adjust your inventory to account for breakage, theft, receiving errors, or any other unexpected shrinkage or overages. Use your NCR Counterpoint Mobile device to scan or look up the items you need to adjust, specify the quantities to add or remove, and then export adjustments to NCR Counterpoint. You can even enter adjustments in an area without a connection to your NCR Counterpoint server, such as a remote warehouse or stockroom.
NCR Counterpoint Mobile also allows you to receive the merchandise you stock from wherever it arrives. To create a receiver, choose a vendor and scan the items you’re receiving right out of the box, or look up each item and enter the received quantity manually. Pending receivers are stored on your NCR Counterpoint Mobile device, allowing you to add or remove items or change received quantities before you upload them to NCR Counterpoint for posting.
Receive merchandise for which you did not create a purchase order or receive against specific purchase orders that were created in NCR Counterpoint.

You can find customers by name or customer number. Review e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and customer categories. See your customers’ recent purchases and monthly sales history. Check loyalty program membership, card numbers, and point balances. If you’re using NCR Counterpoint’s Receivables option, you can check account numbers and balances for your A/R customers, along with the amounts and dates of their last payments.
Adding and Editing Customers
You can modify customer information or create brand new customer records. Add or update a customer’s name, phone number, e-mail addresses, and category. If you’re using NCR Customer Connect, you can sign up your customers to receive e-mail marketing messages. All changes to your customer records are instantly updated in your point of sale system.
